Your board’s whole 2027, every deadline already counted.
Tell us when your board meets. We build a printable calendar with every regular meeting, the notice and minutes deadline for each one, and the state dates that land on a clerk’s desk, each computed from the statute and cited on the page.
A calendar built from your schedule, not a generic list.
Every 2027 meeting, already worked out
Your regular meetings for the whole year, with the ones that land on a holiday or election day flagged before they surprise you.
The deadline behind each meeting
Michigan: the annual notice date, proposed and approved minutes deadlines, and when to post if a meeting moves. Wisconsin: when each 24-hour notice must go up, with Sundays and holidays already skipped.
The statute next to every date
Election dates, board of review, organizational meetings, and the rest, each with its citation, checked against the official statutes in October 2026.
Print it, or put it in Outlook
A four-page PDF for the wall or the board packet, plus a calendar file that drops every meeting and deadline into Outlook or Google Calendar.

Read from the statutes, with the conservative choice when the law is silent.
Every rule was read on the official legislature sites in October 2026: the Open Meetings Act and Michigan Election Law at legislature.mi.gov, and the Open Meetings Law, election statutes, and time-computation rules at docs.legis.wisconsin.gov.
Where a statute leaves room, the calendar picks the earlier, safer date and says so. Michigan’s minutes clock counts weekday holidays as business days, because neither the Open Meetings Act nor FOIA defines the term. Wisconsin’s 24-hour notice skips all of Sunday and every legal holiday, as Wis. Stat. 990.001(4) requires, and recommends posting during office hours.
Local charters, ordinances, and bylaws can be stricter than state law, so the calendar is a planning tool, not legal advice. In Wisconsin it does not replace the notice each meeting needs.
